Manage Engine Desktop Software Solicitation Number: 93310024Q0003 Question and response
1. Could you please confirm whether the solicitation is for new licenses or upgrade? If it's for an upgrade, could you please provide me with the license number or serial number for the licenses?
Response: This is for a renewal of the licenses.
2. What will be the time frame (deadline) for software delivery? Any post support (integration/installation, etc.) will be needed?
Response: Electronic delivery of the license by 3Feb2024. Install support needed. Should have normal ManageEngine support as needed though since we have a license with them.
3. As part of the submission, you are requesting verification of Service-disabled veteran owned small business status. Our company is registered as a SDVOSB in SAM.gov. We are proving our UEI and CAGE code numbers as part of our submission. Could you please clarify what sort of documentation is considered as acceptable to verify our small business status?
Response: A copy of your SBA profile is preferable.
