The report itemizes detailed quantities of apparel and related textiles procured or distributed throughout the year, organized by product category and specifications.

The inventory encompasses extensive quantities of institutional clothing including thermal underwear, outerwear, footwear, hosiery, undergarments, sleepwear, and linens. Footwear represents a significant portion of consumption, with detailed breakdowns by size for items such as black velcro shoes, steel-toe boots, low-top shoes, canvas shoes, and economic boots. Apparel includes sweatshirts, sweatpants, t-shirts, jeans, trousers, shorts, and shirts in various colors (navy, gray, white, orange, light blue, khaki, and green) across multiple sizes from small to 6XL. Bedding and bath items documented include thermal blankets, wool blankets, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, and bathrobes. Undergarment consumption is substantial, with detailed counts of briefs, boxers, sports bras, thongs, and panties in multiple sizes. Additional items include watches, caps, socks, sandals, and laundry bags. The report provides unit of measure specifications (such as dozens, cases, pairs, and individual units) and packing configurations for each item, indicating this represents actual usage data to inform future procurement planning and budget forecasting for Maine's institutional clothing and textile needs.
