Vendors must provide advance shipping notice via email to WICDeliveries@MassMail.State.MA.US and include delivery date, number of cartons or pallets, purchase order number, and item description.

All freight must be shipped Free on Board (FOB) destination with freight costs prepaid by the vendor for domestic US shipments. Individual cartons may not exceed 30 pounds, and all carton labels must clearly display form numbers, product descriptions, language designation (English or Spanish), and carton sequence numbering in minimum one-half inch bold print. Palletized loads must use Grade A GMA four-way pallets measuring 48 inches long by 40 inches wide with a maximum weight of 2,000 pounds, three stringers, and five bottom boards with seven top boards in good condition. Each purchase order requires a separate packing list affixed to the outside of cartons, listing ship-to and ship-from addresses, form numbers, quantities, and total carton and weight information. Failure by vendors or shippers to comply with these specifications will result in product being returned at the vendor's expense.
