About this file

This document is an Addendum to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the State of Illinois for Municipal Advisory Services, Bid #20-507GOMB-MGMTB-B_11748. The Addendum clarifies that while the State strongly supports the goals of the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women and Persons with Disabilities Act Participation and Utilization Plan, and the Veteran Small Business Participation and Utilization Plan, these plans will be non-mandatory under this solicitation. The State's preference is for proposing firms to submit responses individually rather than as joint proposals, and subcontracting will be allowed but is not required.

The Addendum does not provide any additional details regarding the products or services requested, project overview, item quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder's meetings and conferences, award dates, or the term of the contract including any renewal options. It also does not address pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, current environment, funding requirements and sources, or any other salient information.
