About this file

This document is an Evaluation Procedures attachment for Request for Quotation (RFQ) M67854-25-Q-5212, outlining the acquisition of explosive ordnance materials for the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. The solicitation requires quotations for six contract line items (CLINs), including boosters without detonators, multiple types of non-electric and electric detonator assemblies, detonating cord, and transportation, with a total quantity ranging from 100 to 40,000 units. The Government will award the contract to the responsible quoter offering the lowest price technically acceptable quotation, with all items to be delivered by August 1, 2025, to the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego, California.

The technical evaluation requires quoters to meet specific salient characteristics for each item, such as detonation velocity, delay periods, lead wire lengths, and six-month storage capability. Quotations must include the total price for all CLINs, including transportation charges, and must precisely match the quantities specified in the RFQ. Vendors must notify designated Marine Corps personnel (MSG Joseph Witte and GySgt Benjamin Mcadoo) 24 hours prior to shipment and provide regular contract status updates until delivery is complete.
