1) It is expected that portions of the Systems Engineering support will directly support IAMD efforts. Would this System Engineering support for IAMD require TS/SCI clearances?

Answer: Yes

2) To fully interact with and administer SharePoint, the team will require government configured laptops. In the past our team has received government issued laptops from our customer, and we have also purchased specific models to turn in for configuration. Is it expected that the government will issue laptops to required team members? If so, will this be only for government on-site support contractors?

Answer: The contractor is responsible for supplying necessary laptops under this contract and then they are configured to access necessary government networks.

3) Is an executive summary cover page excluded from the 10 page limitation?

Answer: No, the Executive is included in the 10-page limitation.

4) To clarify the phrasing I’ve extracted below, this sentence would seem to rule out any companies other than ANCs, such as Native American, Pacific Islander, etc., that qualify under the cited FAR section as 8(a) participants, but are not considered ANCs. This further conflicts somewhat with submission guidance #3, which appears to remove all restrictions. Can you please clarify the intent and eligibility of companies that qualify under the 8(a) program, but are not ANC?

Answer: All 8(a) participants of the cited FAR section 19 are eligible to respond to this RFI. This includes firms owned by Indian tribes, Alaska Native Corporations, Native Hawaiian Organizations or Community Development Corporations.

5) Could you please advise if this is a new requirement and if not, could you please identify the current vendor/contract #?

Answer: This is not a new requirement.

Current Contract Number: M67854-20-D-0050 Contractor: Lumbee Tribe Enterprises LLC (CAGE Code: 6H7X5) Period of Performance: 18 June 2020 – 17 June 2025

6) In the Purpose section references FAR Part 10 and FAR Part 19 referencing Section 8(a) Alaskan

Native Small Business vendors. This statement implies that only ANCs can pursue; however, "Tribally-Owned" and ANC's are treated the same according to the FAR and the SBA. Is it the governments intention to limit this competition to only Alaskan Native Small Business Vendors?

Answer: No, the Government does not intend to limit this competition to only Alaskan Native Small Business Vendors. All 8(a) participants of the cited FAR section 19 are eligible to respond to this RFI. This includes firms owned by Indian tribes, Alaska Native Corporations, Native Hawaiian Organizations or Community Development Corporations.

7) What software/systems does the government use to support the Visual Information Services?

Answer: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office products

8) Regarding Section E, in the RFI request document, can the Government please provide the current labor categories and descriptions being utilized to support this requirement?

Answer: No. Companies should respond the RFI demonstrating its capability to deliver operational support in the functional areas identified within the RFI.

9) Can the Government please provide the current labor hours for each labor categories within the current contract? For example: SharePoint Administrator – 1928 hours per year.

Answer: No. Companies should respond the RFI demonstrating its capability to deliver operational support in the functional areas identified within the RFI.

10) Can the Government please indicate which positions will require which levels of clearance?

• Business/Acquisition Management (BM) Support

• Financial Management (FM) Support

• Executive Administrative Support
