About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United States Marine Corps for the Ultra-Light Tactical Vehicle (ULTV) program. The ULTV is a four-passenger off-road wheeled tactical utility vehicle that must be internally transportable by MV-22 and CH-53E/K aircraft and provide an exportable power capability.
The RFI seeks information from industry on their ability to meet the ULTV requirements outlined in the attached specification table, including capabilities related to production, delivery, testing, sustainment, and transportation certification. Respondents are asked to provide feedback on the feasibility of the specifications, identify any high-risk requirements, and describe their production capacity. The information gathered will support the Marine Corps' acquisition strategy for an objective of 1,009 ULTV vehicles. Responses are due by September 13, 2024, and the government will not provide a technical data package or award a contract from this RFI.
