About this file
This document is a past performance questionnaire template for a United States Marine Corps solicitation. The solicitation seeks proposals for the Organic Precision Fires – Light program to develop lightweight indirect fire systems. Offerors must submit completed past performance questionnaires from previous government contracts or subcontracts assessing quality, schedule, management and cost control performance. The questionnaires will be used to evaluate offerors' past performance and assist with source selection for the contract, which has a period of performance and delivery schedule to be determined. Responses from assessors involved as contracting officers, project officers, or auditors on relevant prior contracts should be emailed to the Marine Corps by the closing date.
