- CONTINUATION
SHEET, CLIN 0011
The RFQ identifies under CLIN 0011 - Quad Copper Ntwk Int Card for 2RU X-Series Appliances [P/N: SS- NIC-QC-NG]. This part number is the Imperva Copper NIC card for the old End of Sale appliances. We believe that the USMC wants the appliances.
We believe the “NX” Part number was intended as the associated Maintenance CLIN 0043 has the Maintenance Part Number for the “NX” card.
Could the Government please confirm the [P/N: SS-NIC- QC-NX] as the requested part for CLIN 0011?newer NIC card part number [P/N: ss-NIC-QC-NX} which is the new card for the newer X451, X651, X851
Concur. Part Number should be SS-NIC-QC-NX to match new appliances

CONTINUATION
SHEET, CLIN 0011
The RFQ identifies under CLIN 0011 that the NIC card requires a IUID tag. This assembly is a small 2.5” by .75” subassembly that gets inserted into the card slot on the front of the appliances. There is no location available to attach a IUID and once inserted the network interface ports are the only thing that shows from the front of the appliance. Request USMC consider removing the IUID requirement for these Copper NIC card sub-assemblies.
Create the tags but do not stick them on the NICs. Ship them with the hardware to be added later if necessary.

Para 2
The RFQ identifies an initial Delivery Order to be expected at award and requires certification of delivery within 30 days. Imperva needs to know the initial delivery
Please refer to the Amended RFQ which includes an attachment of the minimum quantities for the 1st Task Order.
order minimum quantities to ensure all CLINs are in stock and available to certify 30 day delivery. Can the Government provide a list of minimum quantities for each
CLIN?
Should Imperva use Minimum Quantities that were used in RFI M67854-15-I-4436 earlier this year?
*NOTE: The 1st Task Order will be submitted immediately after award of the IDIQ contract.
No, do not use Minimum Quantities that were used in the RFI.
4 M67854-15-Q-4436/ Page 21 Section SF1449 continuation sheet, Maintenance CLINs 0037 through
CLIN 0048.
The RFQ lists Imperva initial Maintenance Part numbers for the corresponding Hardware and Software items for the matching CLINs 0001-0020. The Part Numbers listed are for initial purchase maintenance and the quantities do not match the Hardware and Software. Does the Government wish to purchase multi-year maintenance with the initial purchase delivery orders? If not is the intent for the Government to be able to purchase follow-on Renewal Maintenance under Imperva’s Renewal part numbers?
Example: CLIN 0001 identifies Max Qty 12, M160 SOM P/N: (SS-SOM-M16-H1) with a matching Maintenance CLIN 00037 for Max Qty 31, M160 SecureSphere Operations Manager With 3 Management Servers, 1 Yr Enhanced support, (PN: SS-SOM-M16-SL1].
Normally CLIN 0037 would match the CLIN 0001 Qty 12 for each CLIN and a Maintenance Renewal CLIN for Part Number SS-SOM-M16-R-SL1 would be requested for
The intent for all maintenance is that the additional quantities under that same CLIN would support renewal maintenance in the option years without having to break out additional Option CLINs.
All maintenance will not be ordered up front. It will be procured in 1 yr increments only.
any maintenance for previous Delivery Orders that were being renewed.
Could the Government confirm that all Maintenance under this ID/IQ would be ordered at time of initial Delivery order purchases, or that the Government does want “Optional Maintenance Renewal Part Numbers” for follow on Maintenance?
5 M67854-15-Q-4436/ Page 25 Section SF1449 continuation sheet, Maintenance CLINs 0045.
CLIN 0045 as described in the previous question includes the Imperva Part Number for “Renewal Maintenance” for the X4510 Database Firewall 1 Yr Enhanced Support
[P/N: SS-DBF-X451-R-SL1, but does not provide the initial Maintenance Part number without the “R” for initial delivery Orders of new equipment under CLIN 0014.
We want to clarify that the Government wishes to have initial Maintenance Part numbers bid for CLIN 0045 to match the maximum quantity of new purchases under CLIN 0014 and that the remaining Maintenance quantities should be quotes as “Renewal” part numbers (that include the “R” in the part number.
Same response as #4.
6 M67854-15-Q-4436/ Page 25 Section SF1449 continuation sheet, Cables and Adapter CLINs 0021
The Cables and Adapter CLIN Part numbers defined in CLINs 0021 through CLIN 0036 are not Imperva specific Part Numbers and are Generally available Data Center Cables. We want to confirm with the Government that the Resellers responding to this RFQ can source these CLINs
Yes. These are generic cables that can be sourced from other than Imperva.
through CLIN 36. sources other than Imperva.

Page 40 Section A.1 Paragraphs 5, 6 and 7
In Section A.1 Paragraph 5, 6, and 7 there is a reference to “Schedule B” for the requirements. Please request that the Government confirm that Schedule B is the RFQ and SOO or provide separate Schedule B requirements to provide requirements for response.
Schedule B lists the CLINs that are needed for the contract. The SOO is an attachment to the RFQ package.

Quotation Content paragraph (5)
In the RFQ on page 45 Section A.3.d. Quotation Content paragraph (5) it identifies that the SOO will not be incorporated into the contract for CLIN 0050. “Pursuant to FAR 37.602, the SOO attached to this solicitation will not be a part of the final contract. The PWS and associated documents negotiated with the ultimate awardee will be incorporated into the final award and will form the basis upon which contract performance will be enforced.”
At what time will the negotiation of the PWS need to be completed? Can Imperva accept the Government’s SOO as it’s PWS, or is Imperva required to restate the SOO in a PWS if it wishes to accept the SOO as its formalized
PWS?
Imperva is required to restate the SOO in a PWS.
In accordance with the FAR 37.602(c), “Offerors use the SOO to develop the PWS; however, the SOO does not become part of the contract.”
