About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) seeking potential contractors for Program Manager Training Systems (PM TRASYS) Training Analysis and Evaluation Products. The Marine Corps is conducting market research to identify small businesses under the 8(a) Program capable of providing training device development and analysis services, with a contemplated NAICS code of 611710 and a small business size standard of $21M. Interested contractors must submit a 10-page capabilities statement package by 25 September 2025, detailing their company profile, corporate experience, technical skills, and ability to perform at least 51% of the required capabilities.
The RFI outlines extensive analysis and evaluation requirements, including cognitive analysis, needs analysis, gap analysis, training system functionality analysis, and development of various technical documents. Respondents must be prepared to handle work at the SECRET classification level and potentially obtain SECRET security clearances. The Marine Corps will use the gathered information to identify potential sources for training analysis and evaluation products, with respondents responsible for specifying any data usage restrictions. The solicitation emphasizes that this is not a formal proposal request and will not result in a contract award.
