About this file

This document is an amendment to Solicitation M67400-24-Q-0088, which is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Pierce vehicle parts and supplies in support of Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) - MCB Camp Butler, Okinawa, and Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) Camp Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan.

The amendment extends the submission due date to 25 Oct 2024 and adds Q&A 3. The solicitation requires vendors to provide a certification that they are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Pierce, complete Attachment II with pricing, and submit representations and certifications. Vendors must have the capability and capacity to provide all required vehicle parts. The government may reject any or all quotes, accept other than the lowest quote, and waive minor irregularities. Vendors' expenses for proposal preparation will not be reimbursed.

Q&A3 Questions and Answers

Q4.

I see these remaining parts need truck serial number? Are you actually looking for quotations on these parts?

Now all these numbers are Upper BOM’s meaning they breakdown into several other parts that make up that planning BOM number.

A4. We would like to continue with what we have turned in. Prices will be needed for estimated purpose to establish Master BPA. Not to search for part numbers that will make for BOM. Actual order will be place on call orders.

This is the end of Q&A. Any further question will not be accepted.
