General Currently, it is difficult to deliver vehicles from the factory to other prefectures, therefore, as an alternative, we would like to collaborate with another company, but would this be ok?
Gov’t Answer It is up to individual company to determine if subcontracting efforts will be necessary. The Government will not dictate if subcontracting is required.
General
How long does it take to know the result of the bid after the quote submission was closed on 22 May 2023? Because some vehicles we list in a quote may not be available and ordered after the quote is submitted, even if they are currently in stock.
Gov’t Answer Per the solicitation, the submitted quote must be valid for 90 calendar days from the date of receipt of the quote. The Government anticipates making a decision within 60 days after closing the solicitation.
General It is difficult to provide a firm delivery date for now, but what will happen if we request to extend the delivery date?
Gov’t Answer Per the solicitation, vendors are required to estimate how many days after award delivery will occur (the Delivery date). The Government may grant extensions of the delivery date, but this is not guaranteed.
