Questions and Answers – M67004-22-Q-0045 Solvent Recycler
1. Please send me the safety data sheet for the solvent you use.
Answer: See separate attachment
2. Is there any nitrocellulose in any of the paint or top coats you use?
Answer: No
3. Is there a specific reason you are looking to replace your current recycler?
Answer: Current one is 10+ years old
4. In your RFQ you wanted us to include the installation of the new unit and removal of the old unit. We normally don’t do the installation or removal of solvent recyclers as it requires an electrician and plumber. We normally only do the first run-off and training after the installation is done. However, if installation and removal is required we can see what we can do to accommodate. Please advise if necessary.
Answer: Removal of old unit and installation of new unit is required.
Turn Key Operation
5. For the installation and removal of the solvent recycler, will there be a forklift provided and is there a clear open path to the loading docks?
Answer: There is a forklift at the site that can be use to assist but our mission of production is priority #1 and takes precedence. There is a loading dock available at the site.
