The amendment establishes critical deadlines and modifies evaluation criteria for the solicitation. Quotes may be submitted via email (maximum 2MB) to Tiffany Morris at tiffany.morris@usmc.mil (preferred method) or by hand delivery/courier to the Contracting Department, Building 316 Holcomb Boulevard, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring timely submission in compliance with FAR provision 52.212-2.
The amendment modifies clause 52.212-2 to include comprehensive evaluation and award criteria for commercial products and services. Vendors must provide unit prices with extended amounts and overall totals reflecting actual face-value pricing; a capability statement/performance plan demonstrating ability to meet requirements; confirmation of ability to meet the required period of performance (non-compliance results in disqualification); and at least three relevant past performance references from the last three years with similar size, scope, and technical complexity, including agency/company name, contract number, point of contact information, contract description, total value, and performance period. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract and reserves the right to award without discussions or engage in clarification as determined in the Government's best interest.
