About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ M67001-26-0022, addressing clarifications on display and videoconferencing equipment requirements.
The RFQ seeks equipment across multiple CLINs for delivery to Camp Lejeune on FOB Destination terms. CLIN0001 requires display cases capable of holding four displays, with the number of cases flexible as long as minimum salient characteristics are met. CLIN0002 specifies display screens between 55 and 65 inches with minimum 2K resolution, preferably pre-installed on lifts, with availability driving the final size selection. CLIN0003 requires a Cisco Webex VTC controller configured as an external, hardwired tablet with no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi capability to meet operational security requirements; the government confirmed that Ethernet/PoE-only controllers are acceptable, eliminating legacy or special-build options if a hardwired solution exists. The government indicated no designated delivery date exists but requested items as soon as possible, with delivery time potentially serving as an evaluation factor for award. Pricing and delivery timeline are evaluation criteria, and the RFQ is restricted to the DoD community for distribution.

RFQ M67001-26-0022 Questions and Answers
1. Are you requiring a single case that holds all four 55-inch displays or a case for each individual display?
Answer: Number of cases is not a strict requirement as long as it meets the minimum salient characteristics for CLIN0001.
2. They matrix above the tech specs state a 65-inch. Are you needing a 55 or 65-inch display for this CLIN? Are you needing it with the displays pre-installed or completed by the command on arrival?
Answer: 55in to 65 in screen size, it would be preferred for it to be installed onto lifts.
3. CLIN0002 size — the line item description in section 2 reads "65" Auto Lift," but the salient characteristics paragraph for CLIN0002 specifies a "55-inch display screen with a minimum resolution of 2K." Which controls — 55" or 65"? The configuration and pricing diverge meaningfully between the two.
Answer: The TV size can be between 55in and 65 in, whatever is available sooner.
4. CLIN0003 VTC controller — the requirement for an external, hardwired tablet controller with "NO Bluetooth or Wi-Fi" structurally limits the field of compatible
Cisco Webex touch panels. Cisco's current-generation Room Navigator includes
Wi-Fi for Webex sync. Was the no-Wi-Fi/no-Bluetooth restriction written with awareness that it narrows the available Cisco touch controller options to legacy or special-build configurations? If a hardwired Ethernet/PoE-only Cisco controller is acceptable (Cisco Touch 10 family), that satisfies cleanly. If the restriction extends to all wireless capability across the entire VTC module, please confirm so we scope sourcing accordingly.
Answer: The no Wi-Fi and Bluetooth requirement is necessary to meet operational security requirement.
5. Required delivery date / ARO — the RFQ specifies FOB Destination to Camp
Lejeune but does not state a delivery window. Is there a target delivery date or required ARO timeline driven by an exercise or deployment date that the quote should plan against?
DISTRIBUTION: DoW COMMUNITY ONLY
Answer: Being that we have no designated time, we are requesting the items as soon as possible. Delivery time may be a factor in evaluation for award.
