About this file

This document is an Amendment (0003) to a federal solicitation for Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Services (Solicitation No. M6700125Q0017) issued by the United States Marine Corps. The amendment modifies several key aspects of the original solicitation, including extending the offer due date from 16 May 2025 to 12 June 2025 and changing the Period of Performance (POP) to 27 June 2025 to 26 June 2026.

The solicitation will be evaluated based on four primary factors: (1) technical capability, including NFPA10 certification, proof of a Mobile Maintenance Vehicle, and vendor's understanding of performing maintenance services on-site; (2) past performance; (3) meeting the Period of Performance; and (4) Price. The acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures), with the government intending to award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous, considering price and other factors.
