27. Facilities and Equipment- notes the contractor shall provide all laptops for each team member to support service provision as per the PWS with the requirement that all these computers undergo imaging and setup at Camp

Lejeune, NC to provide the necessary software and applications for services.

■ Section 7 “e” Physical Security speaks on “safeguarding all government equipment...and property provided for contractor use.” This is not clear.

A: The requirement for the contractor to provide laptops for each team member to support service provision as outlined in the

Performance Work Statement (PWS) necessitates a clear protocol for imaging and setup at Camp Lejeune, NC. This process ensures that all computers are equipped with the requisite software and applications crucial for delivering services effectively. Regarding Section 7 "e" on

Physical Security, which addresses safeguarding government equipment and property provided for contractor use, clarity is essential. This section should explicitly define the measures and responsibilities concerning the protection and integrity of government-provided equipment, ensuring adherence to security protocols and minimizing risks of loss or compromise during operations.
