· How frequently do you require the laundry to be processed/cleaned per month?
· Not a monthly service being sought. One time scheduled pick-up and one time drop-off. PWS updated to 12 January pick-up and 15 January drop-off.
· Do you have a preferred turnaround time for the cleaned laundry?
· Yes. Request turnaround time to be 12 Jan – 15 Jan
· Do you require the cleaned laundry to be pressed/ironed and folded or just cleaned and folded and returned in bags?
· Cleaned and folded in bags
· Does the contractor required to have a facility within a particular radius of the place of performance?
· No
· Is there a current incumbent/contractor fulfilling the services, if so, what is the name of the incumbent?
· No.
· What is the incumbent's contract value?
· No incumbent
· How long is the contract?
· See section 5.4 – 5.5 in the PWS. Contract is for the performance within the month of January with two scheduled dates : P/U 12 January and D/O 15 January.
