Text version

Q#1) Confirm whether MARSOC intends the Kubota LONG BED, a specific diesel Club Car configuration, or another vehicle, and which suspension and headlight requirements must be met.

A#1) MARSOC does not have a specific brand or model in mind; any commercial vehicle meeting the minimum salient characteristics is acceptable.

- Suspension: Revised to heavy-duty suspension with hydraulic shocks.

- Headlights: Revised to manufacturer standard headlights (Halogen or LED).

Q#2) Confirm whether the required dark gray body and gray seats may be supplied through dealer finishing/upholstery.

A#2) Yes. Dark gray body color and gray seats may be supplied via factory standard or professional dealer-applied finishing/upholstery. Non-tactical high-visibility colors (such as bright red, blue, or neon orange) are not acceptable.

Q#3) Are the listed load capacities the minimum, and must 1,500 pounds of payload remain available with the complete cab and required accessories installed?

A#3) The listed capacities (1,000 lbs bed capacity / 1,500 lbs total payload capacity) represent the standard rated minimum capacities for the vehicle platform.

Q#4) Define the complete cab components and required delivery time after award.

A#4)

- Delivery Time: Delivery timeline is flexible. The Government will accept standard commercial lead times. Vendors shall state their estimated delivery lead time (Days ARO) in their quote.
