About this file
Oracle Software License Renewal Amendment 1
This is an amendment to an Oracle Software License Renewal contract for the State of Maryland. Amendment 1 modifies the original Master Contract M00B7600264, which is restricted to Master Contractors on the COTS 2012 Master Contract. The amendment addresses updates to Oracle licensing terms and conditions for the state's software renewal requirements. The document establishes the framework for continued Oracle software licensing services and support for Maryland state agencies utilizing the existing master contract vehicle.
The amendment specifies modifications to pricing, licensing terms, and service levels for the Oracle software renewal period. As a restricted procurement limited to existing COTS 2012 Master Contractors, only qualified incumbents or designated master contractors are eligible to respond. The amendment incorporates updated licensing provisions, maintenance terms, and any pricing adjustments to the base contract. The contract structure maintains the existing master contract relationship while implementing necessary revisions to keep the Oracle licensing agreement current with state requirements and vendor offerings.
