SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
CONTINUATION PAGE
The purpose of this amendment is to do the following:
1. Update OY CLIN descriptions
2. Add CLIN 5001 for Option period pricing
3. Add instructions to offerers for FAR Clause 52.217-8 price evaluation
4. Provide Answers to Questions Received – See Q&A below
Q & A:
1. Who is the current incumbent and what was the total dollar value of the contract?
A: There is no current incumbent for this requirement
2. What current Media Monitoring platform is the government currently utilizing to meet the current needs?
A: This requirement is a significantly larger scope than the existing requirement that is being serviced by Meltwater
3. Given the notable change in scope from I MEF’s current contract, could the Government please share the intended budget for this requirement?
A: The Government does not intend to share its budget for this requirement
4. In reference to PWS requirement 3.2.3, could the Government please specify the number of owned social networks and number of accounts to be integrated (4 Twitter, 5 Facebook, 3 Instagram, etc.)?
A: At a minimum, (36) total accounts – (9) X, (9) Facebook, (9) Instagram, (9) YouTube.
However, because the Marine Corps task-organizes units for emergent missions, this number needs to be flexible and manageable by the COMMSTRAT office in order to allow for changes in this requirement.
5. In addition to television and radio sources, will I MEF require access to global podcasts?
A: Global podcast access is desirable, but not required.
6. Given the large number of users and volume relevant content in the information environment, does I MEF require an unlimited number of both keywords and results across all search queries?
A: Unlimited keywords and results would be helpful, but are less important than unlimited user access.
