About this file
This appears to be a placeholder PDF document that displays an Adobe Reader upgrade message rather than the actual DD254 (Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification) form that was intended to be part of RFP M00264-25-R-0004.
The file is associated with a Marine Corps solicitation for Joint Training Exercise and Evaluation Program Support Services at TECOM AC/S, G-3 JIB, MCB Quantico, Virginia. While the actual DD254 form is not viewable, this document would typically specify the security requirements and classification levels for contractors working on this professional support services contract. To view the actual form, users would need to ensure they have an up-to-date PDF viewer installed.
