1. " Is it understood that if damages are done by the end Contractor shall perform all preventive and corrective maintenance at no additional cost" user that it will be the government's responsibility to cover repairs for damages?

ANSWER: All preventive and corrective maintenance is covered by the vendor.

2. " Is the government going Trailer must support easy loading/unloading, with the ability to be picked up, dropped off, and repositioned as needed" to be able to provide the days and times that the trailer is supposed to be repositioned. It would be extremely difficult to find an on-call driver to be able to reposition a trailer

ANSWER: Yes, advance notice will be given to the vendor should the trailer need moved.

3. What materials/products will be stored in the unit?

ANSWER: Food

4. Will shore power (240V / 60 amp / 3-phase) be available onsite?

ANSWER: Yes

5. If diesel operation is required, is fuel provided by the government or contractor?

ANSWER: Fuel will be provided by the government.

6. Are there specific site access procedures or delivery restrictions for the installation?

ANSWER: Yes, everyone entering the base must provide a valid driver's license and will be vetted before access to is granted.

7. Is there potential for additional units during the contract period?

ANSWER: No, this contract is for one (1) 48-foot trailer for a five-month lease.

8. Would you accept a 53' trailer?

ANSWER: Yes, if the capabilities are the same and there are no additional costs.
