1. Do we have to dismount and mount (4) TVs?

Government Response: The movers will need to dismount 3 TVs and one Conference Room Monitor (75x46). Re-mounting is not required.

2. Does the printer have wheels?

Government Response: The small Xerox desk printer will be moved by the movers. The Government will handle the larger printers on wheels.

3. What is the approximate weight of the giant 2-way file cabinet?

Government Response: The 2-way file cabinet weighs approximately 387 lbs.

4. How tall is the step ladder?

Government Response: The step ladder will not be moved as part of this move.

5. Is the scale a regular weight scale (typically seen in a doctor’s office/gym)?

Government Response: Yes, the scale is a standard Health-o-Meter, commonly found in gyms and doctor’s offices.

6. What is the weight capacity of the freight elevator?

Government Response: The freight elevator has a weight capacity of 8,000 lbs.

7. Will the Moving Provider be responsible for, or arrange for, the disconnection of the wiring connected to the Conference Room Table?

Government Response: Yes.

8. Will the Moving Provider be responsible for, or arrange for, the disassembly of the workout equipment?

Government Response: Yes, the boxes will need to be provided in advance for staff to pack.

10. If the above-referenced cartons are to be provided, what is the approximate desired date of delivery?

Government Response: September 8, 2025.

11. The solicitation notes that the Navy will pack personal items. Could you confirm whether the contractor is responsible for packing the remaining (non-personal) items, or will those also be pre-packed by the Navy?

Government Response: The contractor will be responsible for packing all non-personal items.

The Government will pack personal items separately.

12. Regarding the required inventory, could you specify the level of detail expected? Should the contractor provide a simple list of items, or a fully detailed inventory (including stickers, item conditions, and related documentation)?
