| No. The Government still uses Skype for Business. If licenses are not available quote without it. |
| The Teams license is an annual renewal. Do you want us to include a 1, 2 or 3 year license? |

| There is no single wall mounted display that is 135” diagonal. Should this be a direct view video wall? |
| The requirement calls for at least 135”. There are 137” displays that meets or exceeds the requirement. |
| With a 135” diagonal screen or display at 16:9 aspect which is 4K 3840 X2160 and an eight foot ceiling the bottom of the image would be about 26-30” off the floor. Will this be acceptable? |

| Please clarify the brightness of 5000 lumens. Brightness for displays are shown in units of NITS and for projectors in lumens. Are you referring to contrast ratio? |

| A 136” LED wall display will be 10ft wide x 5.5ft high. With an 8ft ceiling and the required 6” clearance between the top of the display and the ceiling, the bottom of the display will be 2ft above the floor. Knowing that the bottom part of the display will be unviewable by most of the audience do they want to continue with a 136” display or will a 108” display at 4.5ft height be acceptable? |

| The video display is not a Brand Name or Equal requirement. The quoters shall choose a display that they believe best fits the Government’s need. |
| What is the required pixel pitch for the video wall? |
| 1.575 mm or better |
| Is there an IT closet for additional equipment (video wall equipment requires extra space)? |
