M00146-15-T-X036 Telecommunication Maintenances and Support

Questions

1. QUESTION: How do the FRC East on-site switching systems technicians work with the incumbent or how do you want them to interact with the new contractor?

ANSWER: We should just be able to call, submit a ticket, and have someone assist. We should not need anyone dispatched unless it can not be resolved remotely.

2. QUESTION: What is the call log volume history for the past 12 months?

ANSWER: Unknown

3. QUESTION: How many ports are active on each of the 3 switches?

ANSWER:

Bldg 137 Analog- 3193 Digital- 641 Total- 3834

Bldg 4470 Analog- 315 Digital- 3 Total- 318

Bldg 4841 Analog- 227 Digital- 65 Total- 292

4. QUESTION: We will also need the following for the AS5300: Site Name, System Id and CLLI to obtain an Avaya quotation. The MAC address would also be helpful.

ANSWER:

Site Name: Bldg 4841 System ID:0003004419 (sold to#) CLLI: Don't need to know MAC: Don't need to know

5. QUESTION: Can you please also confirm the processors attached to Option 11 and 61 systems that you referenced? ANSWER: Pentium 4s.

6. QUESTION: The Main switch you provided was a B137. This number is not recognized by Avaya. Can you please confirm that number? ANSWER: Z00489

7. QUESTION: would you be willing to receive a quote for Partner provided, hardware only support?

ANSWER: No. We need software support as well.
