With each final work order report, Vendor shall submit documentation of all subcontractors that were used for the work order. The documentation must, at a minimum, identify which subcontractors are BEP-certified and which are not, the dollar amount spent on BEP versus non-BEP subcontractors, and a brief description of the work performed by the BEP or non-BEP subcontractor. For all non-BEP subcontractors used, the Vendor shall include an explanation detailing why a BEP subcontractor was not utilized.
1.1.4. Cost Package: At a minimum, the Cost Package shall include and detail the work to be performed by the Vendor and a schedule for the performance of the work. If any of these changes, substitutions, replacements or subcontractor changes impact the cost package previously submitted and approved, notification must be in writing. The Agency must approve these changes in writing prior to the changes taking effect.
1.1.5. Work Order: Upon approval of the Cost Package, the Agency will provide written authorization to initiate the activities in the Scope of Work, in the form of a Work Order. Each Work Order will identify the Agency’s authorized representative(s) for each respective project. A Work Order is a document signed by Agency Authorized Representative(s) requiring the Vendor to perform the tasks in the applicable Work Order and the total dollar amount for the work.
