About this file

This is an Excel spreadsheet questionnaire titled "Attachment 3 - LRS Information" containing 20 questions seeking information from vendors about their Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) capabilities and experience. The questions focus on vendors' past performance, contract history, teaming agreements, and capacity to perform LRS services.

The questionnaire requests specific details about vendors' government contracting experience, including the number and value of IDIQ contracts in the past three years, current service contract capacity, percentage of revenue from DOD and USAF contracts, and experience at USAF locations. It also asks vendors to address their ability to provide surge support, recommended proposal timelines, preferred pricing methodologies (fixed price vs. cost-reimbursable), potential small business subcontracting goals, and capabilities to finance and manage large service contracts. This document is part of an RFI for a potential Multiple Award Contract IDIQ supporting Air Force LRS capabilities across 27 locations and 10 major commands.
