This is a LOT C Copy Paper Order Form under Contract #505ENT-M24-PRINTPAPER-01, effective January 15, 2025, serviced by Steen Macek Paper Company of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The document serves as a standardized ordering mechanism for government agencies to procure various types of multipurpose copy paper through established contract pricing. Customer service is provided by Tom Nier, with Jeff Armstrong serving as the account representative for order management and support.

The contract covers multipurpose copy paper in multiple categories including virgin white paper, 30% post-consumer recycled content white and colored paper, and 100% post-consumer recycled white paper. Available brands include Natural Choice, Boise Essential, Boise Aspen, Eagle Color 30, Domtar Lettermark, and Enviro Copy in standard sizes of 8.5x11, 8.5x14, and 11x17 inches. Pricing is tiered based on volume with significant discounts for larger quantities: individual cartons (1-19 units), half cartons for smaller orders, half skid quantities (20 cartons), full skid quantities (40 cartons), and full semi-truckload quantities (800 cartons). Prices range from $18.23 per carton for basic virgin white paper in half-carton quantities up to $93.04 per carton for colored specialty papers in individual carton quantities, with substantial volume discounts reducing costs to as low as $31.90 per carton for truckload purchases. The contract includes environmental preferences, noting that virgin paper should only be purchased when recycled alternatives are unavailable.
