Key modifications include the removal of Bid Items 49 and 50 (F-162-5.2 and F-162-5.3 relating to chain-link fence), the addition of new Bid Item 110-24 for demolition of existing 48-inch RCP pipe (160 linear feet), and revisions to quantities for multiple existing items including Bid Items 9, 57, and 117. Technical specification changes include revising the unit of measure for Item 110-22 from linear feet to each, adding specifications for the new Item 110-24, and removing payment items for chain-link fence. Contract drawings have been updated, including the Summary of Quantities sheet (G-400), Civil Demolition Plans (C-300 and C-301), Civil Details (C-600), and Lift Station Section and Details (WS-402), with revisions addressing pump horsepower confirmation, sidewalk thickness clarification, and various demolition items. The addendum includes responses to thirteen bidders' questions addressing foundation details, work scope clarifications, pay item assignments, hazardous materials surveys, equipment specifications, and work hour restrictions.

The revised Bid Price Form (BF-4.1r1 through BF-4.5r1) reflects the addendum modifications and includes 128 total bid items spanning demolition, site preparation, utilities installation, landscaping, and electrical work. The contract is a unit price contract with no specific set-asides identified in the addendum. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 4 and attach it to their proposal. An Excel spreadsheet version of the Bid Price Form is scheduled to be issued in a final addendum on October 30, 2026. Work in Area A is restricted to regular working hours, typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with any work outside these hours or within the Air Operations Area requiring advance coordination with the Owner, Airport operations, and the Construction Manager.
