About this file
This Addendum 1 pertains to the LNA Southside Redevelopment Program Phase 3 contract opportunity in Florida. The addendum clarifies and modifies terms from the original solicitation documents for this redevelopment initiative. Key procedural elements include submission deadlines, site visit opportunities for prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with the project area, and any bidder meetings or conferences scheduled to address questions regarding project scope and requirements. The contract encompasses specific deliverables and project phases associated with the Southside Redevelopment Program, with defined timelines for completion and contract performance requirements throughout the stated term.
The addendum addresses modifications to pricing structures, evaluation criteria, or other commercial terms established in the base solicitation documents. It may specify any set-asides for minority or disadvantaged business enterprises, identify incumbent contractors if applicable, and outline funding sources and amounts allocated for the project. Any clarifications regarding project scope, site conditions, environmental factors, or regulatory compliance requirements are included to ensure bidders possess complete information for accurate proposal development and pricing.
