About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for an LMR (Land Mobile Radio) Analysis contract opportunity. The document addresses contractor inquiries regarding operational logistics and hardware requirements for conducting DAQ (Data Acquisition) testing and verification activities.
The government has clarified two key points in response to contractor questions: (1) office space is available on base to serve as a centralized coordination point where the field team can convene before deploying to various testing locations, and (2) the government will provide Motorola APX 4000 radios for use during the survey, eliminating the need for contractors to procure specific radio units as part of their proposal costs. These clarifications indicate that contractors should not factor hardware procurement into their pricing and can rely on government-furnished equipment for the testing operations.
