1 8/22/23 Jane Esposito/Jane Esposito Transcripts How should high school and college transcripts be submitted? All applications and mandatory RFP documents, including your high school diploma, should be submitted electronically via COMMBUYS.
However, if you are seeking to waive some or all of the post-secondary education or experience requirements as specified in Section 11.0 (C) (v), then you must submit official certificates and/or transcripts from each accredited college, university, court transcription, and/or court reporting program attended. Additionally, you must submit current certification from any of the court reporter associations identified in Section 11.0 (C) (v) (2). These documents must be mailed directly from the granting institution to the Office of Transcription Services (OTS).
