About this file
This document appears to be an attachment to a solicitation for a contract to provide liquid and dry nitrogen to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA). The solicitation outlines several mandatory requirements for vendors, including 48-hour delivery to Springfield, weekly deliveries to six power plant locations, compliance with Exelon nuclear power plant safety requirements, no minimum order requirements, separate invoicing and pickup of cylinders, and the ability to provide all gases, tanks, and items listed. Vendors must indicate whether they can meet each mandatory requirement and provide a narrative explanation. The solicitation appears to be designated as 20-588IEMA-NCLRF-B-8462.
The document also includes pricing tables in Attachment B, which vendors must complete. The pricing must include all charges for gases, tank rentals, fees, and delivery. No other salient information about pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding, or the current environment is provided in the document.

Vendors are to specify whether each of the Mandatory Requirements is agreed to and satisfied by checking the appropriate “Met” or “Not Met” box, and where appropriate, provide the requested information. Vendors should complete the “Vendor Narrative” section to explain how they meet the requirement or provide requested information and/or include other documentation that provides additional detail.
If any mandatory requirement is not met, or requested information is not provided, the entire bid will not be considered. If all responding vendors fail to meet a particular mandatory, that mandatory may, at the sole discretion of the State, be removed so the evaluation process may continue.
