The Medical Faculty Associates, Inc has been identified as the only source capable of providing the medical services with personnel previously screened by enhanced security requirements and capable of immediately providing the medical services for this event. All healthcare providers such as Medical Doctors (MD), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Paramedics, and Registered Nurses (RNs) are licensed in Washington, DC. therefore, they meet licensure requirements in accordance with 10 USC 1094. In addition, they meet the credentialing requirements of the DHAPM 6025.13 Clinical Quality Management in the Medical Health System (MHS), volume 4 Credentialing and Privileging. The Army’s 250th Birthday has been designated as a National Special Security Event NSSE and as such, a United States Secret Service background check is required for all personnel. Medical Faculty Associates, Inc personnel have successfully passed the United States Secret Service background checks for other events. Medicaid list and child background checks. During previous events they have provided patient tracking capabilities and managed patient records, to capture the patient care delivered appropriately which is critical to this mission.

b. Failure to award to Medical Faculty Associates, Inc, can be severe and life-threatening to participants and attendees due to the lack of a comprehensive medical support plan with properly trained, licensed, and vetted medical personnel who are familiar with events of this magnitude.
