2. NATURE AND/OR DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTION BEING REQUESTED:
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations (J67E) as a need for an up to 6 months to continue services for original order SP7000-18-F-0035 without using competitive procedures. The original order with Fuji Xerox, provided for leased multi-functional devices, (MFDs), full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies, (excluding paper), key operator training, networking functionality, security accreditation along with technical and network installation support.
3. A DESCRIPTION OF THE SUPPLIES AND SERVICES REQUIRED TO
MEET THE AGENCY’S NEEDS/ESTIMATED DOLLAR AMOUNT:
Original order (see order above) procured 60 devices with full-service maintenance and all consumable supplies (excluding paper) for various locations throughout Japan from Fuji Xerox. Lease support with Fuji Xerox is requested to allow continuation of performance until the requirement is competed, delivered, and installed.
