DFAS has invested approximately $2.4 million in the Cisco VTC infrastructure over the years. This requirement will likely continue to be competed among Cisco certified partners since there is no guarantee that the investment will be recovered through competition with other brands. Market research revealed available vendors on GSA Schedule 70 who possess the required capabilities to perform the services, and the Contracting Officer expects to receive quotes from 2 or more small business Cisco certified partners who are small business concerns, therefore, this effort will be set-aside for competition among small business concerns.
