About this file
This is an informative posting and Request for Information (RFI) for the Looking Glass – Next (LG-N) program issued by the U.S. Air Force on February 5, 2026. The document explicitly states this is not a Request for Proposal, a commitment to contract, or an offer to issue a future RFP. The Air Force is not accepting unsolicited proposals at this time and will not reimburse industry for any costs incurred in responding to this update.
The LG-N Program Management Office is seeking information from cleared industry contractors with a need-to-know basis. Interested parties must contact the LG-N Contracting team—Captain Kelsey Stull (kelsey.stull.1@us.af.mil) or Zachary Spaulding (zachary.spaulding@us.af.mil)—with responses required by March 3, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. All RFI communications must be directed through program Contracting Officers only; direct contact with individual PMO team members is prohibited. Data submitted in response will be reviewed by Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) contractors under standard Non-Disclosure Agreements. Primary technical and management support is provided by The MITRE Corporation (Air Force contract), Oasis Systems LLC, MCR LLC, and PCI LLC (Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services contract).
