LetterheadSpreadsheet2012Bid.xls

This is a product catalog spreadsheet for an Annual Contract for State of Maine Letterhead Stationery, establishing pricing and specifications for letterhead products available to the state. The catalog details three primary letterhead types—20# Bond, 24# 25% Cotton Content, and 24# Laid Finish—each offered in quantities ranging from 500 sheets to 10,000 sheets in 500-sheet increments. All items are 8.5x11 inches in white with printing options for black or Reflex Blue ink. Each letterhead type is available across 20 quantity tiers, resulting in 60 distinct line items for printed stationery. The catalog also includes an additional line item for typesetting services on a per-unit basis. All stock is specified as recycled material, with pricing based on camera-ready copy provided by the customer.

The spreadsheet serves as a tiered pricing structure enabling the State of Maine to procure letterhead stationery at various volume levels without requiring separate procurement actions for each quantity requirement. The unit of measure for all items is listed as LOT, indicating that pricing is established per lot rather than per individual sheet. The catalog format allows state agencies flexibility to order the appropriate quantity and paper grade for their specific needs while maintaining consistent pricing and quality standards across all letterhead products covered under the contract.
