Attached is the Request for Quotation, 15B51524Q00000020, Professional Driving Academy – CDL Training for the Federal Correctional Institution in Texarkana Texas.
This Package contains all the necessary information for submitting a request for a quote for evaluation. The following forms, clauses, and statements must be completed and submitted with your offer:

Representations and Certifications
All potential offerors and quoters are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representation and certification requirements [(FAR 4.1102 Policy) (12/30/2022)].
Offerors and quoters shall include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) in their quotes (FAR 52.212-1(j). The Contracting Officer will verify registration before award by entering the potential awardee’s UEI number into the SAM’s database. Failure to complete the registration procedures outlined in this clause will result in elimination from consideration for an award. Offerors and quoters are asked to comply with the specifications on the solicitation. Substitutions will not be accepted. Offerors and quoters must be able to accept Government purchase cards for payment. The form of payment is solely at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
The evaluation factors are price and past performance. The price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government.
Quotes should be received on or before the deadline of June 21, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. central standard time via mail or email.
