United States Embassy Mexico City Date: August 19, 2026

Dear Prospective Offeror:

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for a contractor to provide Specialized drain inspection and maintenance equipment spare parts for the New Embassy Compound Facilities located at Mexico City. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections:

1. Standard Form SF-18

2. Basic information, request for quotation (RFQ) or specifications and technical qualifications.

3. Late quotation rules and evaluation method.

The Embassy plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quotation as competitive as possible. In order not to jeopardize the solicitation process, please do not contact any other person in the U.S. Embassy. If you do so, the solicitation will be cancelled. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors regarding price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the U.S. Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it at any moment.

Please direct any questions regarding this solicitation by e-mail (MexicoCityGSOSolicitations@groups.state.gov) to Sharif Chávez. The deadline to submit questions is Monday, August 31, 2026, before 12:00 p.m. local time (Mexico City).
