Emerging small, minority-owned, women-owned, service disabled veteran-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.

The ITB provides detailed requirements and instructions for the bidding process, including bid security, subcontractor disclosures, and certifications that must be submitted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. No contract term or renewal options are specified. Funding information is not provided, but this is a public works project subject to Oregon procurement laws.
