About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for a Leadership Training Course for the 1st Armored Division (1AD) at Fort Bliss, Texas. The training program seeks a contractor to deliver a comprehensive, evidence-based leadership course from September 2-12, 2025, targeting approximately 100 military personnel and 100 military spouses. The course must integrate hybrid instructional methods, covering topics such as leadership, resiliency, stress management, communication, conflict resolution, physical activity, psychological health, and family relationships, utilizing a "learn, do, teach, lead" model.

The RFI requires potential vendors to respond by 1:00 PM on August 18, 2025, with detailed information about their capabilities, including past performance, ability to meet the September 2025 start date, primary workforce composition, training materials, approach, and estimated RFP/RFQ response time. The solicitation is being issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Bliss, specifically the 919th Contracting Battalion, with Point of Contact CPT Altenberg. This is a market research effort to identify potential contractors for a future non-personal service contract, and respondents are advised that no costs will be reimbursed for RFI preparation.
