An award is not a promise or guarantee of exclusivity.

Bidders are cautioned that comments and statements, whether oral or written, made by LBPUD employees regarding the validity of Bids, the waiver of deviations from Specifications, the possibility or probability of an award being made to a particular Bidder, and other similar matters are NOT binding on the LBPUD.
