About this file

This DD Form 1423-1 is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Calibration Certificate Report with the subtitle "Uniformity Test" related to a Universal Heat Treat Oven for contract line item 0008. The document specifies technical requirements for a detailed temperature uniformity survey that shall be performed and tested in full accordance with AMS 2750.

Specifically, the test requires an initial min/max temperature uniformity survey in a full furnace workload, with temperature deviation limitations of +/- 15 F for the lower radiant 2000 degree F chamber and +/- 10 F for the upper convection 1200 degree F heat chamber. The data collection shall conform to AMS 2750 requirements, and separate calibration certificate reports will be provided digitally for review. The government point of contact is Alexander Grosskopf from 402 CMXG, with additional alternate points of contact also listed on the form.
