The contract includes provisions for unit pricing, with the ability to adjust quantities by up to 10% without changing the unit price. Warranties for the furniture range from 3 to 10 years, depending on the category. The project is funded through the Town of Manchester and is part of a larger renovation project, with potential future purchases to be made through Connecticut State Contracts. Bidders must provide comprehensive documentation, including product data sheets, samples, and detailed installation plans, and are subject to strict quality assurance and performance requirements.
