About this file
This document is a Rules of Engagement (ROE) file for an Industry Day event for the KC-135 Collaboration (CO-OP) program at Tinker Air Force Base, to be held on April 8-9, 2025. The ROE outlines the protocols for industry representatives attending one-on-one sessions with government officials, including arrival requirements 30 minutes before scheduled time, maximum of 3 company attendees per organization, and mandatory U.S. citizenship and government-issued ID for base access.
The event, hosted by the KC-135 Program Office of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), includes a classified portion on the first day and requires registration by March 28, 2025, at 1600 CST. One-on-one sessions are limited to 30 minutes each, with questions permitted verbally during sessions and captured by a government scribe. The government will post all questions and answers on SAM.gov after the event (estimated May 9, 2025). The document emphasizes that this is not a contracting opportunity, and costs incurred for attendance will not be reimbursed by the government. Companies must submit DISS visit requests using SMO Code: TE1MFPBP6, and questions should be directed to Contracting Officer Diana Kennedy.
