Kahuku Motocross Park site map.pdf

This is a site map document for Kahuku Motocross Park in Hawaii, which supports a state contract opportunity issued by Hawaii for portable toilet services at Waialee (OHV) Park/Kahuku Motocross Park for the 2026-2027 period. The project requests monthly rental and service of seventeen standard portable toilets and one ADA-accessible portable toilet, with each unit requiring four weekly services and cleanings per month. Additionally, vendors must provide holiday pumping services for all eighteen portable toilets on nine specified dates throughout the contract period, including Labor Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, and Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole Day. The contract term spans from 2026 through 2027, with service coordination required through the Hawaii Motor Sports Association, which holds the revocable permit for the facility.

Vendors must submit bids on all three line items to qualify for award, with the lowest combined total determining the winner. Pricing should be submitted as single unit prices multiplied by the number of units for each line item. Units must be maintained in excellent condition, with repairs to door latches and doors completed within fifteen business days of reporting. Weekly service and maintenance is mandatory, and failure to comply may result in contract cancellation. The Hawaii Motor Sports Association will coordinate access, service times, and placement of all portable toilets at the park location.
