About this file

This document is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) on behalf of the District Court of Maryland. The AOC is seeking bids from prospective Bidders to demolish, replace, and expand the existing surveillance and access control systems at the Snow Hill District Court, as well as add a separate surveillance system covering the District Court Cashier's counter and an AiPhone system tied to the corrections entry door. Each system shall be a standalone system with no connectivity to any IT networks, and the video surveillance devices and cameras must comply with NDAA section 889. The systems shall include training, licenses, a 2-year maintenance warranty, and a service level agreement. The bid closing date is not provided, but the contract term will be from the date of contract execution until project completion, or 12/31/2024, whichever is sooner.

The IFB outlines detailed specifications for the surveillance, access control, and AiPhone systems, including camera and equipment requirements, as well as specific installation, scheduling, and staffing guidelines. Bidders must meet minimum qualifications related to experience, certifications, and licensing. The Successful Bidder will be responsible for providing an itemized materials list, programming ID cards, conducting training, and providing warranty and service level agreement coverage.
