About this file
This document outlines the salient characteristics and requirements for a subscription-based online collegiate recruiting network service that the USAF Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAGC) intends to procure. The contractor must provide access to a proprietary platform for one authorized USAF JAGC user with capabilities including searching and filtering a national database of law student resumes and profiles, posting and managing job announcements, directly messaging candidates, and creating a branded USAF JAGC employer profile with customized messaging avenues for partnered schools. The platform's network must provide access to at least 187 collegiate institutions and offer candidate identification and engagement features that leverage proprietary metrics and algorithms to identify high-quality applicants, track engagement and response rates, and facilitate scheduling and promotion of interviews and recruiting events.
The contractor must maintain service availability with written notification to the Government Technical Point of Contact and Contracting Officer regarding any scheduled maintenance impacting software availability and any unscheduled outages or performance issues. A contractor representative must be reasonably available for meetings, tutorials, and discussions upon request. The primary deliverable is one seat of software access to the network service upon contract award, with the contractor providing ongoing representative availability for support and training. This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of the Air Force Headquarters District Washington for market research purposes only, with no commitment to contract and no payment for response costs.
